Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data collected by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC — including website leads, contact form submissions, client portal content, billing records, analytics data, and any content we host for your business website or systems.

2. How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at admin@bookaistudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

1. Your full name and the email address you used with us.
2. Your business name (if applicable).
3. The data you want deleted (e.g., lead records, website content, account data).
4. A clear statement: "Please delete my personal data collected by BookAI Studio."

3. What We Delete

1. Lead and contact form records (name, email, phone, message).
2. Client portal and CRM records we host for you.
3. Website content you provided (text, images, business info).
4. Billing history and payment records, except where tax law requires retention.
5. Analytics data associated with your site, where technically removable.
6. AI chat and automation history associated with your business.

4. What We Cannot Delete

We cannot delete data held by third parties such as Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, Meta, or domain registrars — those are controlled by their own systems. To delete content that was published publicly (for example on social media), you must remove it using that platform's tools. We cannot recover or delete content that was already distributed.

5. Deletion Timeframe

We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep limited records for tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. After processing, we will send a confirmation email when possible.
