Meta Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of data collected by Book AI Studio (NewLDG) through Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Login.

How To Remove Our App From Your Facebook Account

  1. Go to your Facebook account.
  2. Open Settings & Privacy.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Go to Apps and Websites.
  5. Find Book AI Studio.
  6. Click Remove.

Removing the app will stop future access from Facebook to our app.

How To Request Data Deletion From Our App

To request deletion of data we collected through Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Login, email us at:

Use this subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request

In your message, include:

  • Your name.
  • The email address used with our app.
  • The Facebook or Instagram account connected to our app, if known.
  • A clear request saying: “Please delete my Meta data collected by Book AI Studio.”

What We Delete

  • Facebook or Meta user ID connected to your account.
  • Name and email collected through Meta Login.
  • Access tokens or connection records.
  • Connected Page or Instagram account records, where applicable.
  • Imported posts, videos, captions, media metadata, and analytics data stored inside our app, where applicable.

Social Platform Data Deletion

You may request deletion of data collected through connected social media platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and other supported platforms.

  • The platform account you want removed, if known.

  • The platform name, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or Pinterest.

  • A clear message saying: “Please delete my social platform data from your app.”

What We Delete From Social Platforms

  • Platform user IDs.
    • +
  • Connected account records.
    • +
  • Access tokens and refresh tokens.
    • +
  • Imported posts, videos, captions, thumbnails, comments, and media metadata stored inside our app.

  • Stored analytics connected to the deleted account, where applicable.

What We Cannot Delete

  • We cannot delete data stored directly by Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. To delete content from Facebook or Instagram itself, you must use your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account settings.

  • We cannot delete data directly from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, or other third-party platforms.
    • +
  • To delete content from those platforms, you must use the account settings or deletion tools provided by that platform.
  • We also cannot delete content that was already published publicly unless you remove it from the platform where it was posted.

Deletion Timeframe

We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep limited records for tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Confirmation

After your request is processed, we will send a confirmation email when possible.
