Refund Policy

2. EU/UK 14-Day Cooling-Off
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, if you ask us to begin the service (design or setup work) immediately during that period, you explicitly waive the cooling-off right for that service, as allowed under applicable law. Digital services that begin immediately with your consent are not refundable after delivery.
3. How To Request a Refund
Email admin@bookaistudio.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include: your name, the email used to purchase, the date and amount, and the reason. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we will provide the payment processor with evidence of the work completed and the agreed terms. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of service until resolved.
