Delivery & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how we deliver projects and how subscriptions can be cancelled. It applies to all services from BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC.

2. Delivery and Activation Timelines

Typical delivery timelines after deposit and content receipt: websites launch in 3–7 business days for standard projects; larger systems (portals, CRM, automation) launch in 7–14 business days. Add-on services (AI voice, integrations) may take longer. We confirm a launch schedule with you before work begins. "Delivered" means the system is live and usable at the agreed URL.

3. What We Need From You

You agree to provide business content (text, images, logos, prices) within 10 business days of the kickoff, and to respond to review requests within 5 business days. Delays in providing content shift the delivery timeline accordingly. If we do not receive required content within 30 days, we may pause the project; deposits remain subject to the Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a subscription at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before the next renewal, by emailing admin@bookaistudio.com (subject "Cancellation Request"). Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not refund the current billing period. For setup projects, see our Refund Policy.

5. Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate services if: payment is not received when due; you violate our Terms of Service; you use the system for illegal or abusive purposes; or you interfere with our operations. We will notify you by email where possible.

6. What Happens to Your Data on Cancellation

After cancellation or termination, we provide a 30-day window to export your content (text and media you provided). After that window, we delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion policy.

7. Support

Active subscribers receive support by email at admin@bookaistudio.com (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST). Emergency site-down issues are prioritized. Former customers can still reach us for data export or deletion requests.
