Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Book AI Studio, operated by BrightSpan Holdings LLC.

By using this app, connecting a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account, or authorizing the app to publish or analyze content, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the App

Book AI Studio helps users connect social media accounts, schedule content, publish posts, manage marketing workflows, and view business performance data.

Account Connections

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta business account, you give the app permission to access only the data and actions you approve through Meta’s authorization screen.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to connect, manage, post to, or analyze any Facebook Page, Instagram account, business account, ad account, or other connected asset.

Content Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload, create, schedule, publish, or import through the app.

By using the app, you give us permission to process that content only so we can provide the service, including scheduling, publishing, organizing, analyzing, repurposing, or displaying that content inside your account.

Publishing Authorization

If you authorize the app to publish content, you understand that the app may post content to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or other platforms you connect.

You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, especially when using automation or AI-generated drafts.

AI and Automation

The app may use automation tools or AI tools to help create drafts, summarize data, suggest content, or analyze performance.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before using it publicly.

Prohibited Use

  • Break the law.
  • Violate Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or third-party platform rules.
  • Publish spam, scams, fake claims, illegal content, or harmful content.
  • Access accounts, Pages, or business assets you do not own or control.
  • Misuse personal data collected from any platform.

Third-Party Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Postiz, n8n, and other third-party services are separate platforms. We do not control their systems, rules, outages, approvals, API limits, or policy decisions.

If a third-party platform changes its API, permissions, pricing, rules, or review process, some features of this app may stop working or require updates.

Connected Platform Terms

Our app may connect with third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and other supported platforms.

These platforms are separate companies with their own rules, API limits, approval processes, terms, privacy policies, and account requirements.

By connecting a third-party platform account, you confirm that:

  • You own or are authorized to manage that account, Page, channel, business account, creator account, or ad account.
  • You understand that our app can only perform actions allowed by the permissions you approve.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
  • You will not use our app to publish spam, scams, illegal content, misleading claims, copyright-infringing content, or content that violates any platform’s rules.
  • You understand that third-party platforms may change, limit, suspend, or remove API access at any time.

Publishing and Automation

If you authorize our app to publish content, you allow the app to submit content to the connected platform accounts you select.

When using automation or AI-generated content, you are responsible for reviewing the content before it is published.

We are not responsible for removed posts, rejected uploads, failed publishing, account restrictions, API outages, token expiration, platform review delays, or changes made by third-party platforms.

Analytics and Reporting

Analytics shown inside our app may come from third-party platform APIs. These numbers may differ from what appears directly inside the platform because of API delays, reporting windows, privacy limits, or platform-side changes.

You may request deletion of your personal data collected through the app at any time by visiting:

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that all posts will publish successfully, that analytics will always be complete, or that third-party platforms will always allow access.
