This Privacy Policy explains how Book AI Studio, operated by BrightSpan Holdings LLC, collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta business account to our app.

Our app helps users connect social media accounts, schedule posts, publish content, manage marketing workflows, and view business performance data.

Information We Collect From Meta

  • Your public profile information, such as your name and profile ID.
  • Your email address.
  • Facebook Pages you manage.
  • Instagram Business or Creator accounts connected to your Facebook Page.
  • Posts, videos, media, captions, comments, and engagement data that you choose to connect, publish, import, analyze, or manage through our app.
  • Page and Instagram insights, such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and post performance.
  • Advertising account and campaign performance data, if you connect Meta Ads permissions.

How We Use This Information

  • Let you log in and connect your social media accounts.
  • Let you schedule, publish, and manage posts.
  • Show analytics and performance reports for your connected business accounts.
  • Help you organize, repurpose, and improve your own marketing content.
  • Help your approved automation tools, such as Postiz, n8n, or your connected AI workflow, perform actions that you request.
  • Protect the app, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

We Do Not Sell Your Meta Data

We do not sell your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta data. We do not use your Meta data for unrelated advertising. We do not ask for or store your Facebook or Instagram password.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted service providers to operate our app, including hosting, databases, automation tools, analytics tools, and AI tools. These providers are used only to help operate the app and deliver the services you request.

Connected Social Media Platforms

Our app may allow users to connect social media accounts, business pages, creator accounts, ad accounts, or publishing tools from platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and other supported platforms.

We only collect, process, store, or access platform data that the user authorizes through the official login, OAuth, or app authorization screen provided by that platform.

Depending on the platform and permissions approved by the user, we may access:

  • Basic account information, such as name, email address, profile ID, username, or account avatar.
  • Connected Pages, channels, business accounts, creator accounts, or social profiles.
  • Media content such as posts, videos, thumbnails, captions, descriptions, comments, and publishing status.
  • Analytics and performance data such as views, reach, impressions, likes, shares, comments, watch time, clicks, followers, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Publishing permissions needed to schedule, draft, upload, or publish content that the user chooses to send through our app.
  • Advertising or campaign data, only when the user connects ad-related permissions.

How We Use Social Platform Data

  • Connecting social accounts to the app.
  • Scheduling, drafting, uploading, or publishing content.
  • Managing social media workflows through tools such as Postiz, n8n, or approved automation systems.
  • Showing analytics, reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Helping the user repurpose their own content into new marketing assets.
  • Troubleshooting failed posts, expired tokens, connection errors, or platform API issues.
  • Protecting the app from abuse, unauthorized access, or technical problems.

We Do Not Sell Social Platform Data

  • We do not sell Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, or other connected platform data.
  • We do not use connected platform data for unrelated advertising.
  • We do not use connected platform data to train public AI models.
  • We do not ask for or store social media passwords. Users connect their accounts through the official authorization systems provided by each platform.

Google and YouTube Data

If a user connects a Google or YouTube account, our app may access Google or YouTube data only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth.

Our app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings.

TikTok Data

If a user connects a TikTok account, our app may access TikTok data only after the user grants permission through TikTok’s official authorization process.

We use TikTok data only to provide features requested by the user, such as displaying account information, preparing content, uploading content, publishing content, or showing performance information where approved by TikTok.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Data

If a user connects a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, our app may access Meta data only after the user grants permission through Meta’s official authorization process.

We may use approved Meta permissions to connect Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, publish content, manage comments, and display analytics where approved by Meta.

Data Retention

We keep connected account data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal obligations. If you disconnect your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize the personal data we collected from Meta unless we are required to keep limited records for legal, security, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
